Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are made of various kinds of natural and man-made or synthetic materials and are injected directly into the skin. Fillers are able to restore your skin to a more youthful appearance, as the material is injected directly into the skin to plump up the chosen area. Dermal fillers are available in different thicknesses, and in general, the thicker the product, the deeper it is injected. Areas available for treatments include:

  • Cheeks
  • Jaw Line
  • Chin Lengthening
  • Smokers’ Lines (Perioral Lines)
  • Marionette Lines
  • Nose-to-Mouth Lines (Nasal Labial Folds)
  • Temples
  • Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty (Nose Correction)
  • Tear Troughs

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is a manual exfoliating technique that removes surface debris using a sterile surgical scalpel. Benefits include:

  • Increased Absorption of Tropical Products
  • Immediately Diminishes the Appearance of Fine Lines and Wrinkles
  • Primes Skin for Chemical Peels

Micro-Needling

Micro-needling is a procedure that stimulates the skin into producing collagen to help regenerate and repair itself naturally. This creates smoother-, healthier-, and younger-looking skin. Micro-needling can significantly improve the appearance of:

  • Acne Scars and other Types of Scars
  • Aged and Sun-Damaged Skin
  • Face and Décolletage Lines and Wrinkles
  • Hyperpigmentation
  • Stretch Marks

Topical Anasthetics

Here at Riley Aesthetics, we use a topical anaesthetic to numb the skin before we undertake a micro needling procedure. We use two different types of micro-needling devices, the dermaplaning roller for larger areas and the dermapen for the face. It is recommended that a course of 3 – 6 treatments at 4- or 6-week intervals for maximum results.

Intralipotherapy (Fat Dissolving injections)

Intralipotherapy involves the injection of a fat dissolving substance, containing sodium deoxycholate, into localised fat deposits using either a needle or cannula. The solution causes destruction of the fat cells which then undergo degradation and are removed by the lymphatic system. Sodium deoxycholate works gradually within the tissue and the process of removal takes time and results can take several weeks to fully appear.

Platelet - Rich - Plasma Facials (Vampire Facial)

The Vampire Facial as it is commonly known, includes drawing blood from your arm, separating the platelets, and then injecting them into your skin via Microneedling.

Fibroblasting

Fibroblast is the newest face-lift procedure causing a stir in the beauty world within the UK. It is a revolutionary permanent eyelift procedure that requires no surgery. It tightens and lifts the skin around the facial area with instant results. The treatment is long lasting, instant and provides permanent results lasting for 2-3 years.

How Does It Work?

Fibroblast is a non-surgical non -invasive treatment, where the plasma flash shrinks excess skin, bags and wrinkles around the targeted area. The approach works by stimulating the contraction of skin fibres instantly through a so-called ‘plasma flash’. This flash - from a hand-held device with a tiny tip - evaporates superficially on the skin at a tiny point, which shrinks the skin around the area.
