Topical Anasthetics
Here at Riley Aesthetics, we use a topical anaesthetic to numb the skin before we undertake a micro needling procedure. We use two different types of micro-needling devices, the dermaplaning roller for larger areas and the dermapen for the face. It is recommended that a course of 3 – 6 treatments at 4- or 6-week intervals for maximum results.
Intralipotherapy (Fat Dissolving injections)
Intralipotherapy involves the injection of a fat dissolving substance, containing sodium deoxycholate, into localised fat deposits using either a needle or cannula. The solution causes destruction of the fat cells which then undergo degradation and are removed by the lymphatic system. Sodium deoxycholate works gradually within the tissue and the process of removal takes time and results can take several weeks to fully appear.

How Does It Work?
Fibroblast is a non-surgical non -invasive treatment, where the plasma flash shrinks excess skin, bags and wrinkles around the targeted area. The approach works by stimulating the contraction of skin fibres instantly through a so-called ‘plasma flash’. This flash - from a hand-held device with a tiny tip - evaporates superficially on the skin at a tiny point, which shrinks the skin around the area.
